VALENTINES 2020 THE PREMIER DINNER & SHOW at Talon's Cove

SARATOGA SPRINGS, UTAH will have the most unique fully catered Valentine's Day Feast.

Friday, February 14th, 2020

Saratoga Springs, Utah has some of the BEST views of Utah Lake and boasts the most beautiful picturesque Sunrises and Sunsets in Utah County. This special evening will combine the views of sunset lit Mount Timpanogos overlooking the lake on Valentine's with a Romantic Fine Dining Experience. After sunset, we will light up the room with the swirling skirts and tuxedos of Ballroom and Latin Dancers astounding guests on Valentine's Night unlike any other event happening in Utah.

   THE SHOW: Limited Seats at this rare event will be formally set at dining tables around the perimeter allowing the dancers to be seen in the center of the room...giving every seat a good view. We will have performances by adults who are both professional and collegiate ballroom dancers who hold current titles in not only Utah, and the USA, but are current British formation champions, and they are excited to be joined by some fun numbers featuring our local Cedar Valley Highschool Ballroom team from Eagle Mountain. 

THE DINING EXPERIENCE: All guests will have the option to sample every single thing on the Menu!  Guest Chef Steven Michael is flying in from Seattle and will be joining our team which will be preparing Chef's Platters delivered to your table by your server! Every guest can sample and feast on every custom creation; Course after course. We have called this a Feast for a reason- Feast for your eyes- as well as your pallet. Each table seats 8 guests, who will share this dining experience together. The performance will be held between the Main Course and Dessert.

Price Per Ticket is $75

Each ticket INCLUDES and Covers: $20 Talon's Cove cover charge per person, $20 Show, and $35 Dinner Experience*. The Multi-Course Feast also includes a bottle of Martinelli's Sparkling Cider at each table for every guest.

*Not included- tips to your servers.

AND there will be a *bartender at the bar at Talons Cove. Guests over 21 may purchase additional beverages including wine and beer from them.

Side Note: For those who wish to be seated together; please text Amy @ 801.636.1087 who will be putting place holder names for each guest onto the seating chart.

STARTERS

  • Natural Yeast Artisan Slow-rise Fermented Breads and Rolls 
  • Chilled Prawns with Lemon Wedges and Cocktail Sauce
  • Seafood Ceviche' on a bed of Lettuce with Avocado Crisps
  • Assorted Aged and Smoked Cheeses Platter with Cut Seasonal Fruits

SOUPS

Saratoga Jack's Harvest 44

44 Garden Grown Vegetables, Herbs, and Spices in a Creamy Sweet Potato Broth with Grilled Ginger Chicken.  Described by food critics as an 'explosion of international flavors" and a "food orgy" in the mouth.

Italian Wedding Soup

Spicy Italian sausage, 5 Cheese Tortellini, in a tomato and basil broth, with spinach, bell peppers, and mushrooms.

SALADS

Wedge Iceberg with blue cheese crumbles & smoked bacon

Beet Medley on Assorted Micro Greens with caramelized pecans and sliced avocados

Italian Spinach and Tomato Pasta mixed with dried aged Salami, red and green onion, bell peppers, pickled mini corn, black olives, with freshly grated parmesan

Caprese'Salad- Mozerella, Tomatoes, and Fresh Basil with balsamic dressing

MAIN COURSE

Restrictions

All Sales are Final. Every Seat has a place card holder in the ticket holders' name. IN THE EVENT of an emergency or illness, the ticket may be gifted to another to attend. Please email [email protected] if a place card name needs to be changed. DINNER seating begins 15 minutes before the time appointed. Because of the nature of moving performers between tables, we ask all guests to arrive on time.

IN THE EVENT that the SUNSET DINNER SHOW SELLS OUT, and there is high demand. We will consider adding a second dinner and second show later the same night.
